DMX stands for digital motion x-ray and is used on some patients that need to really see how happens when you add movement to your injury. In many cases a traditional x-ray doesn’t show the extent of the problem because you do not see the movement of the problem area. Digital motion x-ray shows injuries that only show up on movement. If you have pain after a car accident and no one can tell you why then you need to see what happens when you move your neck. Insurance companies will be willing to keep paying for your recovery if you can show injuries like we find with a motion x-ray.
